The Mansion Spa Bali Terms & Conditions

By making a reservation/visit/receiving treatment, you agree to the following T&C:

1. Definitions

  • "The Mansion Spa Bali": Renon branch.
  • "The Mansion Privé": Sunset Road branch.
  • "Customer/Guest": individuals 21+ using our services.
  • "Services": spa treatments, massage, premium packages, and supporting facilities.

2. General Conditions

  • Focus on premium relaxation for men.
  • Guest privacy is respected; photos/videos without permission are prohibited.
  • We may refuse/stop service for inappropriate behavior.
  • Guests confirm they are 21+.

3. Reservations & Cancellation

  • Reservations via WhatsApp/phone/walk-in (subject to availability).
  • Arrive 10–15 minutes early.
  • Cancellations at least 2 hours before schedule.
  • Deposit may be requested during peak hours.

4. Late Arrival

Session duration may be shortened to respect the next guest; standard rates still apply.

5. Payment

Accepted: cash, debit/credit cards, QRIS/transfer. Paid transactions are considered final (except technical errors).

6. Health & Safety

Inform health conditions (injury/surgery/allergy/blood pressure/heart, etc.). We may refuse certain techniques for safety.

7. Guest Conduct

  • Harassment not tolerated; sessions may be stopped and access denied.
  • Guests intoxicated or under illegal substances may be refused.

8. Promotions, Vouchers & Gift Cards

  • Terms apply per promotion/branch/time.
  • Not always combinable; may change/end at any time.

9. Price & Service Changes

We may adjust prices/duration/packages/facilities & operating hours as needed.

10. Privacy & Personal Data

Data such as name/WhatsApp/preferences/visit time are used for schedule confirmation, VIP service, and promo notifications (optional). See Privacy & Cookie Policy for details.

11. Limitation of Liability

  • Services are performed at your own risk.
  • We are not liable for reactions due to undisclosed health information.
  • Keep your belongings safe while on site.

12. Governing Law

Governed by Indonesian law; disputes are first attempted to be settled amicably.
